Yes. RRC Travels provides services at any time, with 24/7 availability. We recommend requesting your service in advance so that we can coordinate the vehicle and driver.

How far in advance should I request a service?

We recommend requesting your service 24 to 48 hours in advance so that we can properly coordinate the vehicle, driver and route details. You may also submit a request with less notice, subject to availability.

Do you provide services outside Bogotá?

Yes. RRC Travels provides services from Bogotá to different destinations throughout Colombia and can also coordinate services from other cities to Bogotá. Each request is evaluated based on the route, duration and availability.

Do you serve companies and private customers?

Yes. RRC Travels provides services for companies, organizations, tourists, families and private travelers, according to the requirements of each request.

What information do I need to request a quote?

To prepare a quote, we need the date, approximate time, pickup location, destination, number of passengers, luggage details and any special service requirements. For an airport meet and greet service, you must also provide the flight number.

How is a service confirmed?

After reviewing the request, RRC Travels will send the proposal and confirm availability. The service will be considered confirmed once both parties accept the conditions and RRC Travels confirms the booking. Some vehicles require advance scheduling and a deposit equal to 50% of the service price to confirm the booking. If the customer cancels the service, the deposit may be non-refundable when reservations, bookings or expenses related to the scheduled service have already been incurred, in accordance with the conditions communicated at the time of confirmation and applicable law.
